## What this app stores

Workflow Forms stores the submissions of your forms. A submission contains whatever your visitors enter, which usually includes personal data such as a name, an email address or a message. The submitted values are stored encrypted. Submissions are kept until you delete them in the app.

If you turn on **Also save submissions as metaobjects** for a form, a copy of each submission is also written to your Shopify store.

## Hosting and sub-processors

Hosting is in the European Union (Google Cloud, region europe-west1, Belgium). Our sub-processors are Google Cloud, Shopify and Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt), which delivers the app's own notification emails to you; these emails never contain form values. The Privacy Policy is the binding list.

If you choose a Google font in the branding settings, it is loaded from Google Fonts on your storefront and your visitors' browsers connect to Google. Uploaded fonts are served from our CDN instead.
