## What to include

A few details let us follow a submission from your storefront into the inbox and on to Shopify Flow:

1. Your **store domain**.
2. The **form's title or handle**, exactly as it appears in the app.
3. How the form is shown: **theme block**, **popup** or **direct link page**, and the page address if the problem is on the storefront.
4. An approximate **time** of the submission you expected to work.
5. What **Submissions** showed - the status, and the reason if it was not sent to Flow. See [The submissions inbox](https://docs.workflow-forms.app/submissions-inbox.md).

Please do not send what your visitors submitted; the submission ID is enough.
