What to include

A few details let us follow a submission from your storefront into the inbox and on to Shopify Flow:

1. Your store domain.
2. The form's title or handle, exactly as it appears in the app.
3. How the form is shown: theme block, popup or direct link page, and the page address if the problem is on the storefront.
4. An approximate time of the submission you expected to work.
5. What Submissions showed - the status, and the reason if it was not sent to Flow. See The submissions inbox.

Please do not send what your visitors submitted; the submission ID is enough.
