Workflow Forms is here: build forms for your storefront from reusable fields and start Shopify Flow from every submission. This first release includes everything you need to build, show and act on forms.

Build forms

• A library of reusable fields: define a field once and place it on any form. See Fields and the field library.
• Templates for a contact form, newsletter signup, wholesale request, return request and feedback, plus ready-made default fields including a privacy consent. See Create your first form.
• An editor with a live preview that looks like your storefront, undo and redo, and a test mode that sends nothing. See The form editor.
• Conditions that show and hide fields, and page breaks for forms with several steps. See Conditions and multi-step forms.

Three ways onto your storefront

• A Form block for any page of your theme. See Add a form to your theme.
• Popups with a delay, page view, scroll or exit trigger, page and device targeting, frequency settings and a teaser button. See Popups.
• A direct link page inside your theme, for emails, social posts and QR codes. See Direct link page.

In your visitors' language, in your look

• One main language plus the languages you add, with a translate view in the editor. See Languages.
• One branding for every form, an own look per form, theme fonts, system fonts, Google Fonts and your own uploaded fonts. See Branding.
• After sending: a message with an optional discount code, or a redirect. See After sending: message, discount code and redirect.

Act on every submission

• Three Shopify Flow triggers: Form submitted, Form submission rejected and Form submission status changed. See Shopify Flow triggers.
• An inbox with new, read and archived submissions, filters, bulk actions and a CSV export. See The submissions inbox.
• Optionally save submissions as metaobjects in your store. See Save submissions as metaobjects.
