Workflow templates

Ready-made Shopify Flow workflows that start from a Workflow Forms trigger. Each one is a complete workflow you add to your store in a minute, then adapt.

Two ways to add a template

Shopify Flow's template library. Open Flow, select Browse templates and search for Workflow Forms. Shopify reviews every template before it appears there; the ones we submitted most recently may not be listed yet.

Import the file. Every template page offers its .flow file as a download. In Shopify Flow select Import, choose the file, and the workflow opens in the editor exactly as on the page. This works for every template, reviewed or not.

After adding one

• Shopify's Send internal email action needs a fixed address: open the step and enter it in To.
• A step of Workflow Transactional Email keeps its sender and layout in that app: open the step's configuration page once after the import.
• Turn the workflow on. The templates fire for every form; add a condition on formHandle to limit one to a single form.
